Shipping and returns

  • All of my mainland orders in the UK are shipped 2nd class using Royal Mail. This service is not tracked or signed for and the delivery time is around 2 – 3 days.

 

  • I have two options for orders that are sent internationally. All packages outside of the UK are sent with international standard shipping and do not offer compensation insurance. You can also upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout which means you will be sent a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

All orders are packaged and sent by little old me! So I try to send off all orders within 1 – 2 business days but it can be up to 4 – 7 business days during busy periods.

Royal mail 2nd class – 2 – 3 working days

International Standard and tracked  to Europe – 5 – 7 business days

International standard and tracked to rest of the world – 8 – 9 business days

I try to use as much eco-friendly packaging as possible but some items will need to be packaged in plastic to prevent moisture damage or damage during transit. If I do have to use plastic I use as much biodegradable plastic as I can!

Your order can be cancelled if it has not been shipped yet. To cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Yes, if your order has not shipped yet I can add additional items to your order and invoice you the difference.

On some occasions shipping can take a little longer than expected. Especially at the moment due to the pandemic and postal staff shortages. There are a few reasons why your order could be delayed:

  • Your package is being held at the post office
  • Your package was sent to the wrong address
  • The postal carrier attempted to deliver your order but was unable to
  • Your order is delayed in customs.
  • Your order has been delivered to your neighbours instead

Please always check with your local post office and your neighbours first before contacting me about your order. If your item is still missing after another few days, please contact me, and I can investigate for you.

All items are inspected before they are packaged up and sent to their new homes, but accidents can happen and I can miss a few defects or packages can get damaged whilst being shipped. Please contact me if your items are damaged and we can work it out to either send a replacement or a refund.
