What are your processing times?

We normally aim to ship your items within 2 – 3 days of your order. If you need these to be sent urgently please let me know in the Additional Info section on checkout.

How long are the shipping times?

As standard, we ship first class, so within the UK you can expect your package within 1 – 2 days

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact me.

What should I do if my order is missing?

On rare occasions, your order may be lost in the post or misplaced in the shipping process somehow. If this happens please get in touch with me at least 2 weeks after it should have arrived. Sometimes packages do take a while so please be patient.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are damaged or missing. Please be sure to read the descriptions made in the listings before making your purchase.

My item is damaged, what can be done?

I take quality very seriously, and truly only want the best for every customer! Items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to their new homes, but on occasion, a damaged product could slip past me! Please contact me, and we will work out for either a replacement or a refund of the product.
